I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO STUDY FOR HISTORY

and i just can't forget it
it just stays in my head
and for some reason i keep dwelling on it
and everything that is happening is definitely not helping.
my life seems to be stilll
like good things and bad things are all happening at the same time
